Overview
Designed and developed a full featured website for Sir Ray Business and Educational Consultancy, a Ghana based university admissions consulting service with over 2000 students admitted and a 98% success rate. The site goes beyond a typical business website. It includes a functional WASSCE aggregate calculator that handles different course categories, a university browser covering public, private and technical universities, a course finder with over 300 courses across 7 SHS programs, and a cut off points section for major universities including KNUST, UG, UCC and UHAS. Also features a services section, client testimonials and a WhatsApp channel integration for updates.
Challenges
Building a functional aggregate calculator that handles the different grading logic across multiple course categories including Medical Sciences, Engineering, General Sciences and Arts while keeping the experience simple enough for parents and students who are not tech savvy.
Outcome
Sir Ray now has a professional digital platform that does not just market his services but actively helps students before they even make contact, increasing trust and conversions.
